Ive Consultancy provides support and guidance for Care organisations around the UK.
Lorraine Ive and her team have extensive knowledge and experience and therefore provide knowledgeable guidance to care organisations who are looking to achieve a ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ inspection rating.
We provide mock inspections, responding to CQC actions and judgements, offering compliance support as well as quality assurance and auditing support.

Lorraine Ive has 40 years of experience with working in the care sector. She worked her way up from a carer into management roles. She has 23 years of experience in management, and 6+ years of experience in consultancy.
Lorraine has considerable expertise in management and the care industry and therefore is a trusted individual in aiding you in improving your service rating.
Tony Bunday – Consultant
Tony has spent 46 years in Health and Social Care and is passionate about ensuring services users have the best possible experience. After 8 years in residential services he qualified as a social worker in 1986. 25 years spent managing front line services which was followed by a period as a Specialist Advisor with the Care Quality Commission and as an independent Social worker until 2023. He is experienced in inspection and quality assurance with particular expertise in the support of people with multiple and complex needs, particularly those including mental health, substance misuse, forensic considerations, and safeguarding issues.
Bee Crisp – Consultant
Woking in care for over 25 years in large highly reputable care providers, Bee is now working in the consultancy field since 2018
Her expertise is in Dementia, Safeguarding, Coroner Courts and Clinical Governance. For a number of years Bee helped Care homes in receipt of a poor ratings or worse to bring the home back up to standard expected by CQC. This would often involve training and supporting the General Manager and their team for a number of months.
Bee works very supportively with various grades of staff and takes great interest in seeing the company succeed. As a previous Home Manager and Regional Manager she is experienced in multi-site issues and blends well into all environments. Team work is her mantra!
