Ive Consultancy provides support and guidance for Care organisations around the UK.
Lorraine Ive and her team have extensive knowledge and experience and therefore provide knowledgeable guidance to care organisations who are looking to achieve a ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ inspection rating.
We provide mock inspections, responding to CQC actions and judgements, offering compliance support as well as quality assurance and auditing support.

Lorraine Ive has 40 years of experience with working in the care sector. She worked her way up from a carer into management roles. She has 23 years of experience in management, and 6+ years of experience in consultancy.

Lisa Boyle – Consultant
Lisa is a Care Consultant and Quality Assurance Specialist with over 15 years’ experience supporting adult health and social care services to improve quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. She offers practical, proportionate support to care providers, commissioners, and partner organisations across residential, nursing, domiciliary, and supported living services. She specialises in quality assurance, safeguarding, governance, and CQC-aligned improvement, working directly with senior leaders, registered managers, and frontline teams to identify risk, challenge poor practice constructively, and embed sustainable change. She brings a calm, credible, and solutions-focused approach to complex environments, including services rated Requires Improvement or at risk of enforcement. Her background spans local authority commissioning, safeguarding leadership, and consultancy support, enabling her to balance regulatory expectations with operational reality.
Bee Crisp – Consultant
Woking in care for over 25 years in large highly reputable care providers, Bee is now working in the consultancy field since 2018
Her expertise is in Dementia, Safeguarding, Coroner Courts and Clinical Governance. For a number of years Bee helped Care homes in receipt of a poor ratings or worse to bring the home back up to standard expected by CQC. This would often involve training and supporting the General Manager and their team for a number of months.
Bee works very supportively with various grades of staff and takes great interest in seeing the company succeed. As a previous Home Manager and Regional Manager she is experienced in multi-site issues and blends well into all environments. Team work is her mantra!
